Refund/Exchange Policy

For domestic orders: (delivery to locations within India)
  • Exchange or refund is possible only in the unlikely event that an incorrect or defective product has been shipped to you. You will need to Email/WhatsApp us supporting photographs to highlight the issue within 1 calendar day after delivery of the shipment. In such cases, ONLY AFTER we check and validate from the photographs that the product shipped was incorrect or defective, you may return the incorrectly shipped product in the same way as was shipped to you (with the original packaging)
  • Do note that the exchange or refund will be processed only if it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession, the product is not different from what was shipped to you, product is unused and not modified in any way (fall/picot done/blouse fabric cut/blouse stitched/product washed etc. will not be accepted)
  • In the said case where exchange or refund is approved by us, please note that the exchange or refund process will be initiated only after we receive the returned item and we complete validation from our end. If we have a similar product in stock, we will ship you the same in exchange. If we do not have similar product in stock, we will provide you refund. Refund will be made by the same mode of payment. The refund shall not include bank transfer charges or other transactional charges which you may have borne while purchasing the product and the shipping charges when you return the product
  • The decision for any credits will be solely at the discretion of Kalpavastram
  • Exchange or Refund will be processed in 7 working days after we receive the defective or incorrect product.
  • We undertake customised orders with advance booking amount upto 50%. If you decide to cancel your order later, the booking amount will not be refundable.
  • Products purchased during offer/sale etc. are not eligible for exchange or refund

For international orders: (delivery to locations outside India)

  • Exchange is possible only in the unlikely event that an incorrect or defective product has been shipped to you. If we have a similar product in stock, we will ship you the same in exchange. If we do not have similar product in stock, we will provide you credit which you can use to make future purchases.

  • Exchange will be processed in 21 working days after we receive the defective or incorrect product.
  • Products purchased during offer/sale etc. are not eligible for exchange
